We are first introduced to Tom Peters and The Mayor of Jefferton. Tom recently moved from Springerton and visits the Mayor in hopes that his “Child Safety” proposal will make a difference! Instead, The Mayor runs with his idea in the wrong direction and immediately calls the Bear Trap Brothers to set up bear traps all over town. Chaos ensues. |

The Mayor proposes the idea of using the education grant money to create a giant éclair…with a monkey inside. Tom shows up in time with the idea of having a history themed restaurant. The Mayor feels it’s a good idea, but that it would be best if he worked with his nephew Terry; a 27-year-old man with child like symptoms, due to his inhaler. Terry turns Tom’s dream restaurant into a Chucky Cheese type restaurant. |

20 years ago, Pioneer Island mysteriously burned down. Tom is left with the BIG task of putting it all together, completely recreating the olden times and building the theme park once again. Of course The Mayor finds a way to mess things up by shutting off power and putting the town in a panic. ZYNX makes him move to take over! |

Pat Croeche, owner of Jesters, is entrusted to look over the kiosk. Tom’s idea is stolen and the hype for ROTY makes Jesters millions and Tom nothing. |
