It totally is Tim's voice. You can tell they used some kind of super-voice-changing-machine thingy, but it's most definitely Tim.

according to the indivudal who started this thread, a song with the exact same lyrics (no way to confirm melody based on the testimony at hand) was used in the season 4 dvd of northern exposure.


of course, i don't know anything about northern exposure. it just casts some doubt on the idea that it's an original song.
